I’ve been spiritually curious for as long as I can remember.

While I’ve always had an adventurous spirit and deep connection to something greater, conditioning taught me to build success on the outside first — and I got really good at it.

Real estate, coaching, marriage, motherhood, building a beautiful life.

There was a season where I kept trying to fit myself into boxes that felt more palpable to my community and audience. I publicly moved from one thing to another, finding my way, because it felt safer to try on other modalities, frameworks, and expressions instead of fully trusting the unique way my soul work wanted to come through.

Underneath it all, something deeper was calling me. A spiritual awakening began intensifying in ways I could no longer ignore.

Through breathwork, activation work, intentional microdosing and profound experiences of sacred travel and Soul Remembrance, I began reconnecting to parts of myself that felt ancient, intuitive, and deeply alive.

I experienced what I can only describe as a merging with my multidimensional self - and the old version of my life could no longer contain who I was becoming.

At the same time, I realized how few spaces existed that could hold both profound spiritual activation and grounded everyday human embodiment.

 

Today, I guide women through the Soul Remembrance Method — helping them reconnect to their intuition, life force, gifts, voice, and deeper knowing while learning how to bring those parts of themselves more fully into their work, leadership, relationships, families, and communities.

My work bridges the mystical and the practical, translating spiritual awakening, energetic sensitivity, intuition, and soul remembrance into grounded embodiment, meaningful action, and real-world transformation.

Thirteen (13) live 90-minute circles with Auzura combining coaching, reflection, breathwork, Kundalini Abundance Activation, guided visualization, light language, and embodiment work. The science of frequency, intuition, nervous system regulation… it’s all there. But it emerges organically, not as a prescription. Not as ‘do this and feel better.’ It’s embodied.

I’ve spent years working with biohacking, trauma recovery, neuroscience, and high-level medical teams. I’ve done full diagnostic workups, brain training, somatic therapy, EMDR — you name it. I was looking for answers. For language. For a way to articulate what was happening inside me.
